FOIA 2014-0274-F contains materials related to correspondence and other materials created among and between Henry Paulson, Timothy Geithner, Sheila Bair, and the White House regarding Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, and the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP).
This FOIA primarily consists of certification letters from President George W. Bush to Vice President Richard B. Cheney and Speaker Nancy Pelosi and a determination from Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, both related to TARP. Electronic records consist of emails regarding press for a proposal and the text of an amendment to H.R. 1424.
