This FOIA primarily contains agendas for the visit of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi of Italy, guests lists, schedules for President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush, briefings for events, phone logs, printed emails, Worker and Visitor Entry System (WAVES) records, press briefing transcripts, menus, printed webpages, fax cover pages, routine memoranda, points to be made in press remarks with Prime Minister Berlusconi, memoranda discussing proper forms of address for Prime Minister Berlusconi, and a memorandum discussing routine details of the meeting and lunch with Prime Minister Berlusconi. Electronic records consist of numerous copies of an emailed pool report that briefly describes the meeting.
