This FOIA primarily contains White House staffing memoranda without comments and printed news articles including a sampling of articles discussing the budget. Electronic records consist of articles, op-eds written by Director Portman, talking points, OMB Guidance on Estimating Funding Levels Under the Revised Continuing Appropriations Resolution, and Emergency Response Fund reports and transmittal letters to Congress from August 2006 and January 2007.
