This FOIA primarily contains resumes, routine memoranda to the president regarding personnel appointments (including Cox’s appointment), appointee information forms, printed news articles, printed emails, weather reports, letters to the president, fax cover sheets, and drafts of President Bush’s speech regarding his intention to nominate Cox as the Chairman of the SEC on June 2, 2005. Electronic records consist of speech drafts, transcripts, statements, press gaggles, background information, scheduling information, articles, newsletters, and routine personnel selection memoranda.
