Scope and Content

FOIA 2014-0390-F contains materials the final copies of unclassified or declassified Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPDs) and National Security Presidential Directives (NSPDs).

NSPD-64 was located, processed, and added to this request in 2019.

This FOIA primarily contains the signed originals and copies of HSPDs, signed originals and copies of unclassified or declassified NSPDs, routing memoranda, and printed email.

It should be noted that many of the documents listed here have been closed to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.
