This FOIA primarily contains correspondence, fax transmittal sheets, memoranda, articles, and letters mainly sent to Karl Rove. They consist of correspondence with Karl Rove including a request for a Presidential letter, invitations, articles, agendas, and drafts. Also included are printed emails, an invitation to President and Mrs. Bush with background information, and letters to SEC Chairman Arthur Levitt. Email consists of invitations to a reception for the International Institute for Securities Market Development, hosted by the SEC.
