FOIA 2014-0126-F contains materials related to the use of performance enhancing drugs in professional baseball.

This FOIA primarily contains speech drafts, research material, and presentation copies of the 2004 State of the Union Address. A large quantity of material relates to the creation of the State of the Union Address, as the speech mentions the usage of steroids within professional sports. Other records include schedules for the President and the Chief of Staff Andrew Card, scheduling proposals, cabinet member schedules, working group meeting calendars, and policy time meeting calendars. Additionally there is material regarding the International Convention Against Doping in Sports, draft and final thank you letters from the President to presidential event participants, memoranda to the President approving potential presidential appointments, resumes, copies of legislation, summaries of Congressional hearings, press releases, gift records, pool reports, emails, news articles, fact sheets, briefings, and talking points.
